Vivo Energy is the new corporate entity and brand behind what was previously Shell’s downstream business across Africa. By growing the business, investing in new markets and realising the potential of local staff, Vivo Energy intends to become the most respected energy business in Africa.
Their identity and brand was crafted by the agency CONNORGODDARD, and through production company Cumi, Undabo were asked to design and create the sting that would identify and punctuate all video and films for Vivo’s launch.
Vivo Energy’s Ident was an ideal design job, a new logo, a blank sheet of paper and the knowledge it needed to feel alive, colourful and full of energy.
Undabo’s Doug Kennedy designed the look and feel of the animation and animated and composited all 3D. The finishing touches of editing, grade and typography were carried out by Mark Kessler from Cumi.
